Every Wednesday evening I run a running group for the ladies of Winchcombe, details of which can be found at wwwg.co.uk. I'm also involved in Walking for Health, which sees me leading a short (50-60 minute) weekly walk in an around Winchcombe. These are free of charge and designed to be accessible to anyone who could do with a bit of light exercise. I am fully insured, and even have one of those new-fangled CRB checks. References are available on request.
